I am a fellowship-trained, board certified orthopaedic surgeon with NYU Langone on Long Island specializing in problems of the hand and upper extremity. I care for patients of all ages with a wide variety of problems affecting the hand, wrist, and elbow: fractures and dislocations, tendon and ligament problems, arthritis, nerve and vessel injuries, congenital hand differences, tumors, and amputations.

Conditions I Treat
Wrist Fractures
Fractures of the wrist bones, including the distal radius and scaphoid (fracture and nonunion).
Nerve Compression
Carpal tunnel syndrome (median nerve) and cubital tunnel syndrome (ulnar nerve).
Tendon Injuries
Cut flexor and extensor tendons, trigger fingers, jersey and mallet fingers.
Hand and Wrist Arthritis
Arthritis of the fingers, the thumb basal (CMC) joint, and the wrist.
Dupuytren's Contracture
Including minimally invasive needle aponeurotomy.
Wrist Ligament Tears
Scapholunate (SL) and triangular fibrocartilage complex (TFCC) injuries, including wrist arthroscopy.
Hand Fractures and Ligament Injuries
Fractures, dislocations, and ligament tears of the fingers, thumb, and hand, including skier's thumb (UCL tear).
Forearm and Elbow Fractures
Radius, ulna, olecranon, radial head, distal humerus, and terrible triad injuries.
Nerve Injuries
Nerve lacerations of the hand, wrist, and arm, including repair, grafting, and nerve and tendon transfers.
